What Is HomeTeam?

HomeTeam is a certified provider of quality home care for clients who qualify for Title XIX and Title XX reimbursed home care. We are certified by Department of Health (Senior Services) for the state of Missouri to provide our care.

How Can We Help?

HomeTeam care begins with getting acquaninted with the client, their family, and members of the care team, such as doctors, nurses, and social workers.

Together we develop a care plan that outlines services to be provided, by whom, when, and at what fees inorder to make living at home a reality for the individual needing care.

Our experienced, trained, and bonded assistants assure the care plan is followed and changed as required to insure the highest quality of care.
